Exploring each color, shadow and contrast. My passion is my work and, I'm grateful of expressing myself through my designs.
For the past decade, I’ve been the lead lighting designer at Bogotá’s Colón Theater, and I’ve worked on large-scale productions like the Christmas show at Bolívar Square, a prominent cultural event in the city.
My experience goes beyond design, I’m also dedicated to mentoring new talent. I teach lighting design for performance at Universidad Sergio Arboleda, Universidad del Rosario, and LCI.

I am Leonardo Murcia,

More than a technical resource. Light is a tool to inspire feelings, add depth to stories, and create unforgettable moments. In every project, my goal is to craft experiences that transcend the visual that stay with the audience long after and remain in memory.
